Traditional Smoked Sausages

Components:

Selected minced pork meat, wine, salt, coriander, cumin, black pepper, (optional red pepper).

Preparation:

The authentic Pitsilia sausages are made from fresh minced meat, which is always cut in our production facility for controlling for better quality.

The meat, after chopping, is milled in a specialized machine and mixed with wine, salt and spices. Mince lives for 4-7 days to ripen in wine and is placed in the pork gut and then hung in the smokers. It takes about 10 to 12 days of processing and maturing before it is available for consumption.

The authenticity of Pitsilia's sausages establishes them as the best sausages in Cyprus. Serve fresh, fried, in the oven or on the grill.

They are offered for consumption in plastic "thermoforming" packaging with the appropriate marking, to preserve quality and hygiene and are sold in packs according to weight.

The product should be stored in a refrigerator with a temperature of 0 ° to 4 ° C for maintenance.
