Tsamarela

Components:

Goat meat, salt. oregano.

Preparation:

It is prepared exclusively in the traditional way and with the successful recipe we have been using for almost half a century.

The meat is thoroughly cleaned by excess fat and placed in salt for a few days. Then exposed to the sun and air for some days. At the end, it fades into the water and sprinkles with the oregano.

Tsamarela is served as a delicacy with beverages or alcohol, it can add a special flavor to omelet and it can be accompanied with greasy food.

It is offered for consumption in plastic thermoforming with the appropriate marking to preserve quality and hygiene.

Tsamarela is offered:

  • Whole without any pre-treatment and sold according to weight
  • In cubes.

It takes about 15 days to process and mature before it is released for consumption.

The product should be stored in a refrigerator with a temperature of 2 ° C to 4 ° C for maintenance.

Before it is consumed, it takes a few minutes out of packaging to get the delicious texture of Tsamarela and as it raises its temperature, its beautiful fragrances emerge.
